PatientPower helps patients and caregivers consolidate their health information — such as lab results and trends, medications, conditions, allergies, and immunizations — into one private, patient-owned place, and presents it in clear, plain language to support education and preparation for visits with your care team. The Service is informational and educational only.
PatientPower is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, clinical, or professional advice, and using it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always confirm any health decision with a qualified clinician. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
We treat your health information as confidential. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, and we use it to provide the Service to you.
