Recovery programs

Phase-based recovery — milestone-gated, not calendar-gated.

Pick your injury. Each program has 3-4 phases (Acute → Subacute → Strength → Return). You only unlock the next phase when you've completed the functional milestones — not on a fixed timeline. Log pain daily; the Rehab Coach uses it to tell you when to push and when to back off.
