A patient-owned health platform powered by a team of AI specialists. Built so you can capture, understand, share, and act on your health โ without depending on any single doctor or system.
Every room and portal has its own coach avatar. Tap the avatar to talk by voice, type a question, or hold the mic to dictate. Each coach has access to the full agentic intelligence of PatientPower โ the network of specialist agents that handle medications, mental health, imaging, advocacy, and more โ so the answer you get is informed by your whole record, not just one slice of it.
Different problems need different expertise. The Vault Coach helps you log records, the Atlas Coach connects symptoms across body systems, the Mental Health Coach handles emotional check-ins, the Actions Coach turns advice into next steps. You don't pick โ the portal you're in determines which specialist greets you.
Hold the mic button, speak naturally, release. PatientPower uses OpenAI Whisper for transcription โ so it works on any phone or browser, understands accents, and handles medical terminology far better than the built-in browser speech recognition. The coach replies in plain English, both on screen and spoken aloud.
Take a picture instead of typing. The camera and vision AI extract the drug or supplement name, dose, manufacturer, and instructions, then save them to your vault. From that moment on, every coach in PatientPower knows you take that medication and can factor it into recommendations and interaction checks.
Go to the Imaging portal, attach the picture, tell it what part of your body it is and what you want to understand. The AI analyzes the image and writes a plain-language summary โ what it sees, what's normal, what may need follow-up. Each report is auto-tagged with a severity badge (flagged / moderate / minor / normal) so you can scan your history at a glance.
Photograph a printed lab report or upload a PDF. The system reads each value, compares to reference ranges, and highlights anything HIGH or LOW. The results land in your vault, where your coach can explain what the abnormal markers mean in the context of your other conditions and medications.
Whatever you snap โ pill bottle, lab page, imaging report โ the structured data flows into your profile and is available to every coach. You only have to capture something once. It is then yours, searchable and analyzable, forever.
Add your prescriptions and OTC supplements with dose, frequency, prescriber, and reason. Tap "Log dose" each day to build a streak โ the app tracks consecutive days and shows a ๐ฅ counter. Inactive medications stay in your history but stop counting against your streak.
Log readings as they happen. The vault stores them by date and type so you (and your coach) can see trends. Charts visualize trajectories over weeks and months โ useful for tracking blood pressure response to a new medication, or weight changes during a treatment cycle.
Record each allergen, the reaction it causes, and whether it's mild, moderate, or severe (anaphylactic). This information appears on your Emergency Card and is checked automatically when you add a new medication.
Log every surgery and procedure with type, status (completed / scheduled / cancelled), hospital, surgeon, anesthesia used, reason, and complications. Add a follow-up date and the app highlights it โ yellow if it's within 14 days, gray if it's already past. Complications get a red โ ๏ธ flag so they're never lost in the noise.
Track pacemakers, stents, joint replacements, insulin pumps, CGMs โ anything implanted or worn. The MRI-safety flag is critical: if you have an MRI-unsafe device, the badge appears in red on your record so a tech can see it before scanning. The replacement-date tracker flags overdue batteries or end-of-life dates. The recall column tracks FDA recalls so a notice doesn't get lost in your mail.
Add each relative with their status (living / deceased / unknown), cause of death, and any conditions they had. The portal automatically flags hereditary patterns: when a condition shows up in 2+ relatives, or starts before age 60, you'll see a "high-risk cluster" badge โ useful context to share with a doctor about screening priorities.
Log how you feel, when, and what triggered it. Over time the journal lets your coach connect dots you'd miss day-to-day โ that the headache shows up only after coffee, or that the joint pain coincides with a weather change.
Your full care map โ upcoming visits, active diagnoses, and the team behind each one โ kept current in one place so you never walk into a new doctor's office cold.
Pick your injury (shoulder, knee, back, post-surgical, etc.) and get a milestone-gated 3-4 phase program โ Acute โ Subacute โ Strength โ Return-to-activity. You only unlock the next phase when you've hit the functional milestones, not on a fixed calendar. Log pain daily; the Rehab Coach (REHAB-01) reads the trend and tells you when to push and when to back off. Snap a photo of your range of motion and the coach can assess progress.
Guided breathwork for anxiety, sleep, focus, and post-surgical recovery โ box breathing, 4-7-8, diaphragmatic, paced breathing. Visual pacers run on screen so you can follow along; sessions are logged so you can track frequency over time.
Frequency-based sound sessions (binaural beats, isochronic tones, white/brown/pink noise) for sleep, focus, tinnitus relief, and relaxation. SOUND-01 picks the right protocol for what you're trying to accomplish.
Track meals, get suggestions tailored to your conditions and medications (a coach knows your metformin + blood-pressure context and adjusts recommendations). Snap a meal photo and the AI estimates macros and flags interactions with your supplements.
Mood check-ins, journaling prompts, guided reflections, and access to MENTAL-01 โ a coach trained on the intersection of physical and emotional health. Useful when you're navigating a diagnosis, a flare, or chronic illness fatigue.
ATLAS-01 connects everything: symptoms in one body system surface alongside lab markers, medications, and family history that may be related. Instead of seeing your record as 12 separate lists, Atlas shows you the patterns that link them.
An aggregated, printable summary of everything important: active meds, allergies, conditions, recent vitals, latest labs, upcoming appointments. The page you hand to a new doctor instead of starting from scratch.
Time-series charts for every vital and lab marker โ BP, weight, A1C, cholesterol, you name it. See how a number moves after starting a new medication or changing a habit. Powered by Chart.js, fully interactive.
Every event โ appointment, prescription, lab, surgery, symptom, vitals reading โ arranged in a single scrollable timeline. Scroll back to "what happened around the time my symptoms started" and see everything that was going on.
Look up any drug or supplement and get mechanism of action, half-life, interactions with what's already in your vault, evidence quality, and patient-reported effects. MOLECULES-01 turns dense pharmacology into plain English.
Search any diagnosis and get a clear explainer: what it is, what causes it, how it progresses, current treatment options, and the questions you should be asking your doctor about it.
Beyond just logging values: LABS-01 contextualizes each result against reference ranges, your prior values, and your medications. HIGH/LOW flags surface immediately; the coach explains what an out-of-range value might mean in your specific situation.
Log every charge, insurance payment, and out-of-pocket cost. The claim workflow walks each entry through pending โ approved โ denied โ paid with one click. Tabs show year-to-date totals, monthly trends, category breakdown, and a 6-month bar chart so you can spot when costs spike.
Sign in with a magic link (no password needed) and your data lives in the cloud. Add a vital on your phone, see it on your laptop โ and the per-item merge logic means even if you edit something on two devices at once, both updates survive.
Generate a secure link, choose which categories to share (meds, labs, family history, etc.), set how long it stays open. Your physician sees a clean, printable summary at that URL โ no login required for them. Revoke access anytime from your Practitioner room.
Records I/O gives you full ownership. Export your entire vault as a JSON file, import from another instance, print a one-page emergency card with key info, or generate a QR vCard you can put on your phone's lock screen.
A printable single page with your name, blood type, allergies, current medications, emergency contact, and a scannable QR code. Keep one in your wallet, tape one to the fridge โ first responders can see what they need to know in seconds.
Join groups for chronic conditions, caregivers, mental health, lifestyle change, and rare diseases. Post updates, react with support / celebrate / relate โ and know it's a moderated, patient-only space, not an open social network.
Join community challenges (hydration, walking, sleep, medication adherence). Daily check-ins build a streak โ and shared streaks across the group create accountability that solo tracking can't.
Your primary, specialists, dentist, therapist, pharmacist โ all logged with contact info, specialty, and which conditions they treat. Tap a doctor and see every appointment, prescription, and lab they've touched โ across the whole record, not buried in a portal you only check twice a year.
Browse independent practitioners โ functional medicine, integrative, second-opinion specialists โ who serve patients on the PatientPower model. Practitioners create public profiles; patients pick who they want to add to their team.
For the hard conversations: how to ask for a referral, how to challenge an insurance denial, how to push back on a dismissive doctor. PowerCoach turns your specific situation into a script and an action plan โ informed by everything in your vault, so the advice is grounded in your real history.
A patient-rights reference โ HIPAA basics, what records you can demand, how to request second opinions, how appeals work. Plain English, no legal jargon, organized by situation.
A research room โ curated condition guides, AI-suggested questions to ask, stats on outcomes and treatments. Designed to make you the most informed person in your own appointment.
One-tap feedback. Tell us what's broken or what you wish worked differently, and it goes straight to the team building the product.
PatientPower puts the data, the intelligence, and the decision-making back where they belong โ with you.
