Send an SMS or email to a list of clients — one recipient per line. Keep it link-only, no PHI. SMS uses your toll-free number (delivery is limited until Twilio verification clears).

The consent a patient — or a minor's parent/legal guardian — agrees to before viewing a care plan. It's recorded securely in the PHI enclave; the record holds only the acknowledgment (plus, for a minor, the guardian's name/relationship and the minor's date of birth) — no clinical details. Open to review or print.

Formal API-acceptance set: the Privacy Policy, CARIN Code of Conduct attestation, and ONC Model Privacy Notice (highlighted green) are the published policies a payer/health-system developer program expects for formal app acceptance under CMS-9115-F.

The in-app patient consent now includes a “parent / legal guardian of a minor” option that captures the guardian's name, relationship, and the minor's date of birth. Consent requirements for minors vary by state — have your compliance advisor review before use with real patients.

Public marketplace listing — practitioners who signed up to be found (test3_marketplace_doctors). This is a directory only, not the care workflow — for that use Provider Setup (section 1). Use 🗑 Delete to remove a duplicate.

Care-workflow providers — the practitioners you register in Provider Setup (test3_providers). These run the Case Manager (assign goals, email patient updates). Use 🗑 Delete to remove duplicates.

Every patient in the enclave — the whole panel, read live from the Azure PHI enclave (not Supabase). Shows identity and activity only, no clinical detail. Use 🗑 Delete to permanently purge a patient and all of their PHI (care plans, check-ins, consents, documents, health records, chat, shares). This cannot be undone.
